At this time, appointments are offered via Telehealth only (video and telephone).
You will receive a secure link via email prior to your appointment. Simply click the link a few minutes before your session time and follow the prompts to join the waiting room.
If you experience any technical difficulties, I will call you on your mobile around the start of your session or we can switch to telephone if preferred.
Cancellations with short notice can make it difficult to offer that appointment time to other clients. The cancellation policy helps ensure appointment availability is fair and sustainable for all clients.
The policy follows guidance from the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
I am unable to provide crisis or emergency support. If you are in immediate danger, please call 000 or attend your nearest emergency department.
